The university will accompany the community in the social construction of the territory and in the sustainable, social, inclusive, democratic, participative and solidary economic development of the Province and in the strengthening of the primordial values, the realization of the individual in freedom, respect for ideological, cultural, creed and religious diversity, political pluralism, solidary participation, ethical behavior, equality of opportunities without any discrimination and transparency and equity in the acts.
