Then we invite you to participate in the Island Innovation Fellowship Program!
Some of the most important learning experiences that are part of the Fellowship Program include:
- A Fellowship Project: We will co-create a fellowship project for you, considering your skills, interests and the company’s needs.
- Digital Marketing & Communications experience: As a fellow, you may be required to support our team with content creation, research tasks, or reports.
- Project Management: We may ask you to support the Directors and Project Managers in planning and coordinating events, webinars, and marketing projects.
Core skills required of Fellows:
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English (other languages are beneficial but not required);
- Interest in development, climate, environment and/or sustainability;
- Ability to create engaging content for the company’s social media pages (e.g. original text, photos, etc.);
- Ability to create high-quality written content, such as blog posts and reports;
- Ability to plan and execute tasks in a timely manner;
- Organizational skills and extreme attention to detail;
- Excellent working knowledge of Google Docs Tools;
- Ability to work remotely with confidence.
