About Lisa Kadirullah

Lisa is a Senior Manager in the PricewaterhouseCoopers Barbados Corporate Services practice. She is an Attorney-at-Law with over 14 years of experience and holds an LL.M in Corporate and Commercial Law. She is also an Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada.

Lisa plays a key lead role in the delivery of Corporate Governance services to small, medium and large institutions. She has assisted with the development of an assessment framework of the Board and Committees for a large insurance company with regional ownership. She has also provided key assistance with annual evaluation and training services of large regional banking clients, including the interview process in support of such evaluations.

Lisa has managed extensive Corporate Governance Analysis projects for several large clients in the non banking sector and has advised on both general and ESG corporate governance best practice recommendations which are fit for purpose across organisations.
